You can get a chance to win one of four prizes for the month of July! Every week, we will announce a surprise giveaway for our shoppers. Get an entry into our lucky draw for every USD $50 spent! 

To find your Lucky Draw entry number(s), check the order confirmation page after you check out. You can find it at the top of the page. You can also find your entry numbers in the confirmation email. Don't forget to check your spam folder to make sure you don't miss anything.

July 2023 Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

Qualifying Period:

1. Lucky Draw #1 starts July 4, 01:00 AM PST and ends July 9, 11:59 PM PST
2. Lucky Draw #2 starts July 10, 12:00 AM PST and ends July 16, 11:59 PM PST
3. Lucky Draw #3 starts July 17, 12:00 AM PST and ends July 23, 11:59 PM PST
4. Lucky Draw #4 starts July 24, 12:00 AM PST and ends July 31, 11:59 PM PST
5. Boom Racing reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw Period.

Eligibility:

1. Participants will be given one Lucky Draw entry for every USD $50 spent.
2. The order amount excludes shipping and is calculated after coupon deductions.
3. Orders that are refunded, canceled, or under dispute are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
4. Lucky Draw entries are entered based on the time that the order is placed.
5. Lucky Draw numbers are only eligible for the Lucky Draw period that it was assigned.
6. Selected winners must have a valid email to participate.
7. Boom Racing has absolute discretion to disqualify any Lucky Draw entries that do not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. Such determination is final and conclusive, and Boom Racing is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

Prize details:

1. The week's prize will be announced at the beginning of the week's Lucky Draw.
2. There will be four (4) Lucky Draw winners in total. The winners of the Lucky Draw will be drawn at random.
3. Winners will be notified by the email used in their Boom Racing website order. 
4. The winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving our winner notification email.
5. Prizes that are not redeemed within thirty (30) calendar days from the Draw Date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Boom Racing.
6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to Boom Racing's terms and conditions.
7. The prize will be shipped within 30 days after the winner claims the prize.

Use of Personal Information:

1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Winners are deemed to have consented to:
1. the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name and image by Boom Racing for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation.
2. receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from Boom Racing from time to time.
